REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Refunds are not provided for completed treatments or late cancellations.

If Men's Wellbeing Sanctuary needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, an alternative booking or full refund will be offered.
